Why hemp?  Hemp is the world's strongest natural fiber.  It is breathable and naturally resistant to UV light, mold mildew and salt water.  Like other Tilley hats, it blocks 98% of UVA/UVB radiation and delivers an ultraviolet factor (UPF) of 50+.  The TH4 Hemp Hat also repels rain, ties on in the wind, is machine washable, and weighs only 4 ounces.  

The TH4 Hemp hat has a large down-sloping brim, and is a natural color.  Front and back brims are 3 1/2"; sides are 2 1/2".

For each TH4 Hemp Hat sold, Tilley will make a donation to Street Kids International, a non-profit organization providing support to "street kids" throughout the world.  

Tilley Hats are guaranteed for life not to wear out.  What does this mean?  Hats that develop holes, rips or tears, grommets falling out or fused together can be replaced.  They are even insured against loss, if you lose it in the first two years Tilley will give you 50% towards a new hat.  

Also available in a variety of sizes for a perfect fit.  Measure your head in inches just above the eyebrows to find your size.  If you already know your regular hat size, order one size larger.  Tilley Hats are designed so you can make them fit smaller, not larger.
