Don’t know what happened with the dissatisfied customer in the reviews of this place, but the manager who helped me out was an absolute angel. My sweetheart and I are on our way to Africa to stalk the elusive Albino Variegated Forest Fuddplucker, and needed some binocular harnesses. Miz Mgr directed me to the right kind of set-up via phone and then volunteered to hold them for pick-up at the front desk for my convenience. Couldn’t have been nicer.
