What is the return policy?
If for any reason the product you order does not meet your needs or desires, at your option, we will exchange it or refund your money. We will gladly exchange any product or refund your payment (less shipping) if the item is returned in new, unopened, and or in undamaged condition. You will need to return the item with all of its originally provided packaging and promotional material to include the warranty card. You will be responsible for shipping and repacking the item. Any returned item that is received damaged is the responsibility of the person or agency that packed it (see Return Exceptions.) How do I return a product?
In order to be eligible to exchange your item or obtain a refund you must first obtain authorization. Contact our customer service department at 303-979-9260 or 1-888-979-9260 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization certificate. We will provide you a return label and packing list for your convenience. Please include the packing list with the return, as it will identify the items authorized to be returned. FRBC cannot accept items for exchange or refund that are not on the authorized packing list. Use the return label on the outside of the box. You will be able to track your item with the authorization number thru the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS.)
What are the return exceptions?
Items returned damaged that were packed by the customer may not be refundable. This will be at the option of FRBC based on the individual circumstances of the case. Also items that have issues covered by a manufacture’s warranty must be handled directly with the individual manufacturer. FRBC will gladly offer assistance in dealing with a manufacturer if you so desire. FRBC cannot accept returns on products that have been assembled, personalized special ordered products, products bundled, or corporate gifts. We also cannot accept returns on items shipped to international destinations.
I received the wrong product
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
